Note that S Foundation is not a gambling or lottery platform and is not regulated by the National Gambling Act 33 of 1996 nor licensed by the National Gambling Board of South Africa.

2. Eligibility:

3.2 Draw and Selection: – Following ticket sales closure, 5 tickets will be computer-randomly drawn.

– The 5 winners will be invited to participate in a general knowledge quiz involving 5 questions.

– The Winners must make their own travel arrangements to attend to the Quiz competition at their own cost .

3.3 Quiz: – The participant answering the most questions correctly in the quickest time secures the prize. – If a malfunction occurs on a user’s device or if there is an interruption during the quiz, and it’s not caused by Lootjie, the platform may allow the player to replay the quiz, disqualify the player, or choose an alternative approach based on fairness and technical assessment.

3.4 Prize Claim and Delivery: – Winners will be contacted using the details provided during account creation.

– A 30-day window for winner contact and 60 days for prize collection are allocated.

– Failure in either respect results in prize forfeiture and potential winner redraw under identical conditions. – Prizes are shipped to the address on the participant’s profile, necessitating accurate and updated information on participant profiles.

3.5 Ticket Sales and Refunds: – All ticket sales are deemed final at purchase and are non-refundable. – If not all tickets are sold by the closing date, S Foundation can postpone the competition or refund tickets to purchasers, factoring in participant and platform interests.

3.6 Warranties and Representations: – No guarantees or assurances regarding prizes are offered, including but not limited to winning likelihood, satisfaction, timeliness, defect absence, safety, or reliability.

3.7 Prize Conditions: – Prizes are non-transferable, non-deferrable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

3.8 Participation Risks: – Participation, prize acceptance, and/or use occur at the participant’s own risk.

3.11 Disclaimer and Indemnity – Disclaimer: S Foundation and its associated entities shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained, even if caused by negligence, in connection with the use of S Foundation, its services, or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. – Indemnity: All participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless S Foundation, its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims arising directly or indirectly out of their participation in the competition, use of S Foundation, or receipt or use of any prize. – System Failures: S Foundation is not responsible for any malfunction of the entire S Foundation platform, or any late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, or destroyed entries due to system errors, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or other telecommunication transmission malfunctions, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, typographical or system/human errors and failures, technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, cable connections, satellite transmissions, servers or providers, or computer equipment, traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof, including other telecommunication, cable, digital, or satellite malfunctions which may limit a participant’s ability to participate. – Third-Party Claims: S Foundation is not responsible for the actions or content of third parties, and you indemnify us from any claims brought against S Foundation as a result of your interactions or dealings with third parties.
